Telecom: changes from November, 4th, 2025

Sudstroum wishes to inform its customers of the following changes, effective November 4^th, 2025:

• ESCH View TV+M, ESCH View TV+L, ESCH Relax M, and ESCH Relax L will be able to store up to 100 hours of recordings.
• It will no longer be possible to add additional hours to any Esch View & Esch Relax subscriptions. Furthermore, recordings will be available for one year from their recording date, after which they will be automatically deleted.
