Currently, Sudstroum is looking for a Client Service Officer ( M/F) with technical experience for a full time position.

YOUR TASKS:

• Customer advice
• Customer support with technical issues (Telkom)
• Processing new contracts / termination of contracts

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma (Abitur/BAC)
• Basic knowledge of electricity and telecommunications technologies
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Enjoy working with customer databases
• Team player
• Customer orientated and service oriented
• Fluent in written and spoken Luxembourgish, German, English, and French
